Who We Are
As the worlds largest leadership development organization for girls in the state, Girl Scouts is a safe, exciting, no-limits place where every girl can be inspired, try new things, take on challenges, build community, and motivate others. We welcome all girls! Our mission is: Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
What We Do
Girl Scouts Outreach serves girls in non-traditional settings. We serve girls in schools with a free/reduced lunch rate of 50% or higher, housing developments, detention centers, and homeless shelters. We provide quality Girl Scout programming to all girls at our sites, and they all receive a free Girl Scout membership.
