Our team harnesses data, processes, and technology to provide high-quality services to as many people in need as we can. We build relationships to drive outcomes for communities, funders, families, and, most importantly, the people we serve.
What We Do
We relentlessly pursue opportunities that empower people to live full lives. All day. Every day. For more than a century. Mosaic serves nearly 4,900 people in more than 700 communities. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and goals, allowing people to be as independent as possible. Services are designed for people with disabilities, mental and behavioral health needs, and autism, as well as aging adults.
