Keep neighbors safe from home fires. Home fires kill more people every year than all other disasters combined. In an effort to make homes safer and to save lives the American Red Cross will be installing smoke alarms in Council Bluffs. Join us and volunteer to help with smoke alarm installations, no special skills required.
