A hundred years ago, the community gathered to welcome home soldiers returning after the end of World War I. To commemorate that anniversary, Stuhr Museum is hosting a free, community wide celebration commemorating the end of World War I during our "Welcome Home" event on Saturday, July 20th.
This event features live music, presentations about World War I, a motorcycle show, photos, fun in Railroad Town and much more. A full list of activities will be posted when it becomes available. The day ends at 6 pm with a performance by the Offutt Brass outside of the Stuhr Building.
