The Heartland Disaster Recovery Group is having a work day in Wood River and Dannebrog to help people who have damage from the flooding this year. Some of the work will be skilled such as drywall, other things will include laying flooring, mucking out a basement, and re-skirting a trailer. Projects will range in variety and additional projects will emerge as skill levels are identified. Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided for volunteers.
Dannebrog - check in at Columbia Hall at 10am
Wood River - check in at the Community Center at 9am
